You are an agreement with us that includes these Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. 4. Using the WebSite

Here’s some information about all the ways you can use our website.

4.1 Image

We will deliver your images in 24 hours and keep them as a backup for the next 15 days. after 15 days we will delete them permanently. So, we are unable to provide you images after 15 days. your image’s property will stay secured and kept safe for 15 days. and we will not use your image anywhere.

4.2 Account Creation and Passwords

When you create an account with us, you must provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

4.3 Our Services

Hello Edits Limited provides Clipping path, Background removal, Shadow creation, Ghost mannequin, Image retouching, Image masking, Color variants, Jewelry retouching, and other Photoshop-related services. Hello Edits Limited requires full payment when you submit your order for Services unless otherwise agreed upon by both Parties. You can request a quote and free trial before purchasing our services. 5. Rights We Grant to You

The Hello Edits Limited and the Content are the property of Hello Edits Limited. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make use of the Site, and a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to make personal, non-commercial, entertainment use of the Content (the “License”). This License shall remain in effect until and unless terminated by you or Hello Edits Limited. You promise and agree that you are using the Content for your own personal, non-commercial, entertainment use and that you will not redistribute or transfer the Site or the Content.

All Hello Edits Limited trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, domain names, and any other features of the Hello Edits Limited brand (“Hello Edits Limited Brand”) are the sole property of Hello Edits Limited or its licensors. The Agreements do not grant you any rights to use any Hello Edits Limited Brand whether for commercial or non-commercial use.

You agree to abide by our User guidelines and not to use the Site, the Content, or any part thereof in any manner not expressly permitted by the Agreements. Except for the rights expressly granted to you in these Agreements, Hello Edits Limited grants no right, title, or interest to you in the Site or Content.

6.Third Party Applications

Hello Edits Limited is integrated with third-party applications like Woocommerce, 2Checkout payment gateway, Paypal, WordPress, Themeforest theme, Plugins (“Third-Party Applications”), to make available content, products, and/or services to you. These Third-Party Applications may have their own terms and conditions of use and privacy policies and your use of these Third Party Applications will be governed by and subject to such terms and conditions and privacy policies. You understand and agree that Hello Edits Limited does not endorse and is not responsible or liable for the behavior, features, or content of any Third-Party Application or for any transaction you may enter into with the provider of any such Third-Party Applications.

7. Rights You Grant Us

In consideration for the rights granted to you under the Agreements, you grant us the right (1) to allow the Hello Edits Limited Service to use the processor, bandwidth, and storage hardware on your Device in order to facilitate the operation of the Service, (2) to provide advertising and other information to you, and (3) to allow our business partners to do the same. In any part of the Hello Edits Limited Service, the Content you view, including its selection and placement, may be influenced by commercial considerations, including agreements with third parties. Some Content licensed, provided to or otherwise made available by Hello Edits Limited may contain advertising as part of the Content. In such cases, Hello Edits Limited will make such Content available to you unmodified.

Unless you have advised the Hello Edits Limited otherwise in writing, you agree that we may use your images on our website (including a link to the homepage of your website) and in our marketing materials.

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Hello Edits Limited and its licensors.

10. Payments, Refunds & Cancellations

10.1 Payment

Hello Edits Limited requires all individual clients to pay for work in full up front before the work starts. Payment methods are Paypal, Credit cards, Master card, Visa, Amex, Wire transfer, Payoneer, Bank transfer. Hello Edits Limited may also allow for recurring monthly & weekly payment options. Under such an arrangement, the client pays monthly for all Services rendered during that time period. Hello Edits Limited reserves the right to cancel any order for non-payment at any time. All expenses will be agreed in advance.

10.2 Quality Guarantee & Refunds

Hello Edits Limited always provide high-quality services. If you are not satisfied with the final results of your project, we will make unlimited modifications and amendments as necessary All revisions and refund requests must be made within 3 days of delivery. We also reserve the right to cancel any amendment request, if the Client changes the requirements from what was the originally requested. If the performed images follow the same quality standard as an approved trial done image, Hello Edits Limited cannot refund that order. We do understand that sometimes things change outside of our control, so we may be able to adjust the images to meet your needs at a reduced cost. Payments for quotes can be purchased directly from Hello Edits Limited. If the customer has downloaded their images & unable to provide a valid reason for dissatisfaction, then we will not refund.

If the refund request is granted by US and 2Checkout, payments are refunded as follows:

Credit / Debit Cards payments will be refunded within one (1) business days;
Wire Transfer and check payments will be refunded within seven (7) business days and the cost of transfer will be supported by the end-user;
PayPal payments will be refunded within one (1) business day;
Other payment methods will be refunded between five (5) to seven (14) days.

10.3 Prices

Sometimes prices may vary for services provided. Hello Edits Limited may change the price for pre-paid work and will communicate any price changes to you before confirming a new order. As permitted by local law, you accept the new price by continuing to use Hello Edits Limited Service after the price change takes effect. Hello Edits Limited reserves the right to revise our prices periodically, and that will have an immediate effect on relevant services. We will not notify clients about these changes but they will see the price before confirming any new order unless there is a separate agreement with any client.

10.4 Promotional Offers and Discounts

Hello Edits Limited will offer you discount and coupon codes occasionally. Hello Edits Limited reserves the right to cancel promotional offers or discounts without any reason. You will get the coupon code on your mail and you can use it on the cart page when you will purchase our services. If you give us bulk images then we can give you up to 20% discount. Please contact us for the additional coupon codes.

10.5 Customer Referral Program

Hello Edits Limited is offering customer loyalty and referral program. Customers can refer friends, colleagues and family members to Hello Edits Limited to earn 20% discount coupon code. Customer can use this discount coupon code on the next order through our website. Customers may not use multiple email addresses to earn coupon, and referrals may not use multiple email addresses to earn an extra coupon. Violation of such terms will be considered as abuse of the program and any reward given will be withdrawn or canceled. Hello Edits Limited reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any coupon for any reason.

If your referred customer canceled the order within 5 days then you will not get the discount coupon code.

11. Quotes and Orders

If the images of a Client’s order does not match the sample provided with the original quote, the order may be canceled. Hello Edits Limited may provide a new quote which the Client can use to place a separate order. If an order is placed using an order template for which the original quote provided was based on a different type or category of images, Hello Edits Limited may cancel the order and provide a new quote the Client can use to place a separate order.

12. Turnaround Time

When a Client selects a turnaround time when placing an order, that time begins after the Client has finished uploading all of the images to be edited. The time does not begin when the order is submitted. We provide express delivery services in Less than 2 hours but our normal delivery is 24 hours. So you will get your done files within 24 hours or less. The turnaround time depends on your image quantity. Hello Edits Limited reserves the right to change the delivery time to contact you and you may accept our request.

13. Term and Termination

Hello Edits Limited may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Hello Edits Limited may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service.

Sections 3, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 herein, as well as any other sections of the Agreements that, either explicitly or by their nature, must remain in effect even after termination of the Agreements, shall survive termination.

14. Warranty and Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement or course of performance.

15. Third-Party Rights

You acknowledge and agree that the owners of the Content and few distributors are intended beneficiaries of the Agreements and have the right to enforce the Agreements directly against you. Other than as set out in this section, the Agreements are not intended to grant rights to anyone except you and Hello Edits Limited, and in no event shall the Agreements create any third-party beneficiary rights. Anymore, the rights to terminate, rescind, or agree to any variation, waiver, or settlement of the Agreements are not subject to the consent of any other person.

16. Assignment

Hello Edits Limited may assign the Agreements and Hello Edits Limited may represent any of its obligations under the Agreements. You may not assign the Agreements, nor transfer or sub-license your rights under the Agreements, to any third party.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
